Located just north of Addis Ababa, the Sululta Plains are one of Ethiopia’s premier highland birding sites. The open grasslands, seasonal wetlands, and farmland support a rich diversity of endemic and highland species. This excursion is ideal for spotting raptors, larks, cranes, and several Ethiopian endemics while enjoying spectacular mountain scenery.
